We did not have authorized access to the facility, the plans or the operating procedures.
We have made the following assumptions:
1. floor grates in outdoor areas drain to stormwater
2. labelled new drums contain product
3. if segregation systems between incompatible chemicals or spill containment systems are not visible, they are not installed

ATZ Chemicals is located adjacent to the Bunbury Curran Creek which flows into the Georges River. The Georges River is located south and south-west from the Sydney central business district, with the mouth of the river being at Botany Bay.
